Indirect Loan Representative

Indirect Loan Representative

We are looking for an Indirect Lending Representative to be part of the Indirect Lending team contributing to the growth of one of the top auto lending programs in the state.

Function and Responsibilities

The Indirect Loan Representative is responsible for servicing submitted car loan requests from auto dealers. Through this process they will review the loan, funding packet, and documents submitted by the dealer for completeness before funding the loan. The Indirect Loan Representative will call all members to review satisfaction with the dealers, audit loan details for vehicles, and cross sell additional products and services. They will build and maintain professional relationships, offer first class service, while acting as a liaison between the credit union and dealer/retail network.

Experience & Education
One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Full time in person position located at our Operations Center in Scarborough Maine.
